Triangle Ink Products

Tri-Flex - 1100 Series - Multi-Purpose Plastisol Inks
Tri-Flex 1100 Series plastisol, is formulated for direct wet-on-wet printing of athletic and leisure garments and can also be used for the manufacture of plastisol transfers.

Tri-Puffs - 1300 Series - Foam Expanding Plastisol Inks
Tri-Puff 1300 Series plastisol is formulated for direct printing of athletic and leisure garments to give a raised tri-dimensional effect when cured.

Tri-Suede Puff – 1600 Series
Tri-Suede Puff 1600 Series plastisol is formulated for direct printing of athletic and leisure garments to give a raised tri-dimensional effect with a distinctive “suede like texture” when cured. The final effect is softer than traditional puff effects, and has greater elasticity.

Thermo-Peel - 1400 Series
Thermo-Peel 1400 Series plastisol is formulated for the manufacture of hot-peel transfers. This series, especially in the Neon Colors, can be directly printed on suitable stock as well. Transfers can be made for use on dark grounds using the standard colors or the 1400-1300 puff opaque underbase under the Process colors.

Sta-True - 1700 Series - Low Bleed, Opaque Plastisol Inks
Sta-True 1700 Series plastisol is formulated for printing on polyester and 50/50 polyester/cotton blends for minimal bleed where normal plastisol films would be discolored due to the fabric dyes bleeding into the screen printed film.

Triangle Matching System - 900 Series - Color Mixing Ink System
The 900 series provides color matching to popular PMS colors. The matching system consists of intermixable finished inks, which are fully curable. Virtually any color can be selected and matched efficiently by using one of three formula guide options available. Our lab is available via telephone or fax to provide any technical assistance you may need. This series is available in two separate systems; they are the 900-2 and the 900-3 systems. The 900-2 system is formulated for opaque applications directly on the garment or over a white underlay. The 900-3 system is recommended for use where higher meshes and a softer feel is required.

FRP Series-Fire Retardant Plastisol Inks
FRP Fire Retardant Plastisols contain active efficient fire retadant additives for the printing and decorating of fabrics treated for fire retardance.

Textile Color - Concentrates
These Color Concentrates have been formulated to provide suitable color dispersions compatible with all of our Plastisol Ink Series. They can be utilized to alter the shades of existing colors, or to create new colors from scratch when incorporated into any of our extensive ink bases.

N-Series - Nylon Mesh Inks
The Nylon Mesh Series is intended for use on nylon mesh jerseys. The Nylon series offers good adhesion and abrasion resistance when properly cured.

H-D Series - High Density Matte Finish
The High Density Series is formulated to give a 3-D (three dimensional) film effect. The ability to fully crosslink and cure at normal temperatures ensures adequate adhesion with superior flexibility to give a high definition film. The full aesthetic value of these inks depends on the artwork and often involves complex designs

STRC SERIES - Stretch Inks - High Elongation Inks
The Stretch Series is formulated to give great elasticity when printed on stretchable fabrics such as Spandex™ and Lycra™ or any other stretchable fabric. When these inks are properly cured, they will stretch with the fabric. This ink comes ready to use; if the ink needs to be reduced, it is recommended that 1180-51 Reducer be used sparingly.
